My name is Anna Elise

I love being IN the journey, meaning, being fully aware of the transitions, the feelings, the revelations and epiphanies, and everything in between. I believe that everything in life is happening FOR us and is part of making us who we are right here, right now.

My goal is to help you become aware of where you are in your journey so that you can come to terms with events of your past, perceptions of your future, and everything in between.

I LOVE everything about the practice of yoga (both on and off the mat). The tidbits of love and inspiration that I've experienced within my journey has brought me so much joy and I want to share that same love and joy with each of you.
